ตรวจก่อนเริ่มBefore you start시작 전 확인

  • รับบัตรจากลูกค้าก่อนTake the card from the guest first.먼저 카드를 받음
  • ถ้าลูกค้าต้องการเก็บบัตรไว้ ใช้ C4 (คืนเงิน/ไม่คืนบัตร)If the guest wants to keep the card, use C4 (คืนเงิน/ไม่คืนบัตร).손님이 카드를 가져가려면 C4 (คืนเงิน/ไม่คืนบัตร)

    เปิด เติมเงิน / คืนบัตร แตะบัตร แล้วกดปุ่มสีแดงOpen เติมเงิน / คืนบัตร, tap the card, press the red buttonเติมเงิน / คืนบัตร → 카드 태그 → 빨간 버튼

    • 1ยอดเงินคงเหลือRemaining balance.잔액
    • 2มัดจำ ฿100Deposit ฿100.보증금 ฿100
    • 3กด คืนบัตร/ถอนเงินPress คืนบัตร/ถอนเงิน.คืนบัตร/ถอนเงิน 누르기

    ตรวจยอดคืน แล้วกด Confirm card returnCheck the refund, then Confirm card return환불 금액 확인 → Confirm card return

    • 1หมายเลขบัตรตรงกับบัตรในมือCard number matches the card in your hand.카드 번호가 손에 든 카드와 같은지
    • 2คืนมัดจำ + คืนยอดคงเหลือDeposit refund + balance refund.보증금 환불 + 잔액 환불
    • 3Total refund = เงินสดที่จะจ่ายTotal refund = cash to pay out.Total refund = 지급할 현금
    • 4ยืนยันConfirm.확인

    พิมพ์ใบเสร็จคืนเงิน แล้วจ่ายเงินสดPrint the refund receipt, then pay the cash환불 영수증 인쇄 → 현금 지급

    ใบเสร็จ เติมเงิน / คืนบัตร: ตั้งจำนวน 2 ใบ พิมพ์ ครั้งเดียว แล้วตัดแยก → ให้ลูกค้า 1 ใบ เก็บ 1 ใบTOPUP / RETURN receipt: set copies to 2, print once, then cut apart. One for the guest, one to keep.TOPUP / RETURN 영수증: 매수 2장으로 1회 인쇄 → 잘라서 고객 1장 · 보관 1장

    • 2ตั้งจำนวน 2 ใบ แล้วพิมพ์Set 2 copies, then print.매수 2장으로 인쇄

    ให้ลูกค้าเซ็นใบที่เก็บไว้ · เก็บบัตรไว้ในกล่องบัตรพร้อมขายGet the guest to sign the kept copy · put the card in the ready-to-sell tray보관용 영수증에 손님 서명 · 카드는 판매 대기함에

    ถ้าต้องคืนค่าตั๋วด้วย ทำ D1 ต่อIf the tickets must be refunded too, continue with D1.입장권도 환불하면 이어서 D1

เสร็จแล้วเมื่อYou are done when완료 확인

  • Total refund = เงินสดที่จ่ายTotal refund = cash paid.Total refund = 지급한 현금
  • ใบเสร็จมีลายเซ็นลูกค้าThe kept receipt is signed.보관 영수증에 서명

ห้ามทำNever절대 하지 마세요

  • ห้ามจ่ายเงินก่อนได้บัตรคืนNever pay before you have the card back.카드를 받기 전에 돈을 주지 않음
  • ห้ามใช้ปุ่มสีเหลือง (ลดยอด) แทนการคืนเงินNever use the yellow button (reduce balance) instead of a refund.노란 버튼(잔액 줄이기)을 환불 대신 쓰지 않음

เรียกผู้จัดการเมื่อCall the manager when매니저 호출

  • ยอดคืนไม่ตรงกับที่ลูกค้าคาดThe refund is not what the guest expects.환불 금액이 손님 예상과 다를 때
