ตรวจก่อนเริ่มBefore you start시작 전 확인

• ลดได้อย่างเดียว เพิ่มไม่ได้ (ใส่ได้ 0 ถึง ยอดปัจจุบัน − 1)It can only lower the balance, never raise it (0 up to current balance − 1).줄이기만 가능, 늘릴 수 없음 (0 ~ 현재 잔액 − 1)
• ไม่มีการรับหรือจ่ายเงินสด ถ้าต้องคืนเงินให้ลูกค้า ใช้ คืนบัตร/ถอนเงิน หรือ คืนเงิน/ไม่คืนบัตรNo cash moves. If the guest gets money back, use คืนบัตร/ถอนเงิน or คืนเงิน/ไม่คืนบัตร instead.현금이 오가지 않음. 손님에게 돈을 돌려줄 때는 คืนบัตร/ถอนเงิน 또는 คืนเงิน/ไม่คืนบัตร 사용

   เปิด เติมเงิน / คืนบัตร แตะบัตร แล้วกดปุ่มสีเหลืองOpen เติมเงิน / คืนบัตร, tap the card, press the yellow buttonเติมเงิน / คืนบัตร 열고 카드 태그 → 노란 버튼

   

   • 1ยอดเงินคงเหลือปัจจุบัน (ตัวอย่าง 500)Current balance (example: 500).현재 잔액 (예: 500)
   • 2กด แก้ไขยอดเงินคงเหลือในบัตรPress แก้ไขยอดเงินคงเหลือในบัตร.แก้ไขยอดเงินคงเหลือในบัตร 누르기

   ใส่ยอดใหม่และเหตุผล แล้วกด Save the edits.Enter the new balance and a reason, then Save the edits.새 잔액과 사유 입력 → Save the edits.

   

   • 1ตรวจหมายเลขบัตร ยอดปัจจุบัน และช่วงที่ใส่ได้Check the card number, current balance and allowed range.카드 번호 · 현재 잔액 · 입력 가능 범위 확인
   • 2new balance = ยอดที่ต้องการให้เหลือnew balance = the amount that should remain.new balance = 남아야 할 금액
   • 3note เขียนเหตุผลให้ชัด เช่น "ใส่ยอดเติมเกิน 200 บาท ผู้จัดการ A อนุมัติ"note: a clear reason, e.g. "Top-up entered ฿200 too high, approved by manager A".note: 구체적인 사유 (예: "충전 ฿200 초과 입력, 매니저 A 승인")
   • 4กดบันทึกSave.저장

   เห็น Successfully edited แล้วกด OKSee Successfully edited, then tap OKSuccessfully edited 확인 → OK

   แตะบัตรอีกครั้ง ตรวจยอดใหม่Tap the card again and check the new balance카드를 다시 태그해 새 잔액 확인

   

เสร็จแล้วเมื่อYou are done when완료 확인

• ยอดคงเหลือเท่ากับยอดใหม่ที่ใส่The balance equals the new balance you entered.잔액 = 입력한 새 잔액
• มัดจำ ฿100 ไม่เปลี่ยนThe ฿100 deposit has not changed.보증금 ฿100은 그대로

ห้ามทำNever절대 하지 마세요

• ห้ามจ่ายเงินสดให้ลูกค้าแล้วใช้ปุ่มนี้ลดยอด — ไม่มีบันทึกการคืนเงิน เงินในลิ้นชักจะไม่ตรงNever pay the guest cash and then lower the balance here. No refund is recorded and the drawer will not balance.현금을 주고 이 기능으로 잔액을 줄이지 않습니다 — 환불 기록이 없어 돈통이 맞지 않음
• ห้ามเว้น note ว่าง หรือเขียนแค่ "Change Balance"Never leave the note empty or write only "Change Balance".note를 비우거나 "Change Balance"만 쓰지 않습니다

เรียกผู้จัดการเมื่อCall the manager when매니저 호출

• ก่อนแก้ยอดทุกครั้งBefore every balance change.잔액을 고치기 전 매번
