  • รายชื่อแพลตฟอร์มในภาพอาจเปลี่ยน (ยังอยู่ระหว่างทำสัญญา) — ถ้าไม่มีแพลตฟอร์มของลูกค้า เรียกผู้จัดการThe platforms in the picture may change (contracts are not final). If the guest’s platform is missing, call the manager.화면의 플랫폼 목록은 바뀔 수 있음(계약 전) — 손님의 플랫폼이 없으면 매니저 호출

    เลือกสินค้าและจำนวนให้ตรงกับการจอง แล้วกด Online PlatformPick the product and visitors exactly as booked, then Online Platform예약 내용대로 상품·인원 선택 → Online Platform

    ทำเหมือน B1 ขั้นที่ 1–3 (แตะบัตรด้วย)Same as B1 steps 1–3 (scan the cards too).B1 1~3단계와 같음 (카드도 태그)

    เลือกแพลตฟอร์ม แล้วกด ยืนยันเลือก PlatformChoose the platform, then ยืนยันเลือก Platform플랫폼 선택 → ยืนยันเลือก Platform

    • 3ลูกค้าไม่ได้จองออนไลน์ → ไม่ใช้ Platform (Walk-in)Not an online booking → ไม่ใช้ Platform (Walk-in).온라인 예약이 아니면 → ไม่ใช้ Platform (Walk-in)

    สแกน QR / ใส่เลขการจอง แล้วยืนยันScan the QR or type the booking code, then confirmQR 스캔 · 예약번호 입력 → 확인

    • 2ตรวจแพลตฟอร์มและ Ref ตรงกับใบจองPlatform and Ref match the booking.플랫폼·Ref가 예약과 일치
    • 3ยืนยันเลือก PlatformConfirm.확인

    ยอดต้องเป็น ฿0.00 แล้วกด Confirm PaymentThe amount must be ฿0.00, then Confirm Payment금액 ฿0.00 확인 → Confirm Payment

    ไปทำ C2 รับมัดจำ แล้วตรวจ C1 ก่อนส่งบัตรGo to C2 for the deposit, then check with C1 before handing overC2에서 보증금 → C1 확인 후 카드 전달

เสร็จแล้วเมื่อYou are done when완료 확인

ห้ามทำNever절대 하지 마세요

  • ห้ามออกตั๋วก่อน RedeemNever issue before redeeming.Redeem 전에 발권 금지
  • ห้ามคืนเงินตั๋ว OTA ที่เคาน์เตอร์Never refund an OTA ticket at the counter.OTA 입장권을 현장에서 환불하지 않음

เรียกผู้จัดการเมื่อCall the manager when매니저 호출

  • การจองถูกใช้แล้ว / ไม่ถูกต้องThe booking is already used or invalid.이미 사용됐거나 무효한 예약
